35 Danforth Road

This site was approved as per the Planning process for residential use featuring stacked townhouses in four separate buildings with access from Danforth Road.  Community consultation meetings were held and the project was thoroughly reviewed by City Planning staff and the various City divisions (Transportation Services, Urban Design, Urban Forestry, etc.) as part of the review of the project.  With the final approval issued by Toronto City Council the applicant is moving through the final stages of the Toronto Building process.  Actual construction on the site should begin in the near future.
