Birchmount Road Renewal

Residents who live along Birchmount Road will have received notices indicating that the street is to be fully renewed from St. Clair Avenue East to Eglinton Avenue East.  As you will know last year Toronto Water undertook extensive work along the street to upgrade water infrastructure serving homes in the area.  While the road was restored on a temporary basis a full renewal is needed. The renewal was scheduled for 2018 however I worked with City staff and had this moved up to this year.  The preliminary work on the road has started and in the next few months the full renewal of this section of Birchmount Road will be completed.  The City Construction Notice – web link – with additional information is below.
