Licensing Rental Apartment Buildings- Survey

The City of Toronto is consulting with the public on a framework for licensing rental apartment buildings. The licence would affect rental buildings that have three or more storeys and ten or more units, including Toronto Community Housing properties. The City invites you to complete this short, 10 minute survey. The results of this survey will be summarized and considered as part of the City’s report to the Licensing and Standards Committee in the fall.  Survey information will be collected until Tuesday, October 4, 2016.
