October Newsletter

Dear Friends & Neighbours,

Fall is a time of abundant harvest, cooler evenings, and colourful horizons. I would like to wish everyone in Ward 35 a “Happy Thanksgiving” as you celebrate with friends and family.   We are very fortunate to live in a part of the world that has so much natural beauty, but with this beauty comes our responsibility to keep our environment clean. Please read my friendly reminders on curbside collection.

Halloween can be a fun and exciting time for trick-or-treaters, please remember to stay safe this year by making or buying a costume in light coloured material, place strips of reflective tape on the back and front of costumes for better driver visibility and take a flashlight on your walk through the neighbourhood to avoid tripping hazards.  Drivers please take extra caution on this spooky night.
