Pharmacy Avenue Underpass Mural

During the 2016 Budget process, Council decided to extend the Oakridge PB project for another 2 years.  Approved in the 2016 projects was the installation of a mural on the Pharmacy Avenue underpass.  This streetscape improvement is meant to bring street art to the community, beautify this location, continue the enhancement and rejuvenation of the neighbourhood, and help prevent vandalism.  A selection committee was brought together to shortlist artist and come up with guiding themes for the design portion of the mural.  Artists Kevin Ledo, Jarus, and Smoky have individually taken the time to research the area and come up with designs.

The committee is welcoming feedback from residents to help select the art installation, click here to review the artist designs and provide feedback.
